Marvé is an absolute legend. Calm, kind, wildly knowledgeable and somehow manages to talk about mould without sending you into a panic spiral (rare skill). From the minute she walked in, it felt like the house was in expert hands. She doesn’t just clean, she educates. Plus the report flagged all the sneaky problem spots, she explained what actually matters, and gave us a clear plan after mould clean that felt doable, not overwhelming. We followed her instructions to the letter (curtains washed, cupboards purged, ACs cleaned, soft wash booked.. we did not mess around). The result? The house feels lighter, fresher, and we are genuinely breathing easier. Mould Wizards were fantastic. Mauve did a lot of extra work without any additional charge, they worked overtime to make sure everything was done properly. They took great care with my cat, used non-toxic, pet-friendly products, and were on time and easy to communicate with.
