Graham has helped me out with minor but frustrating mould issues in two properties; he is very reliable and knowledgeable, and his treatment is effective. The Mould Group is the go-to company in Canberra for this issue.

Graham is an incredibly knowledgeable, happy, delightful man to deal with, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience when he just did the mould clean for the rental property my son and myself have been living in for almost two decades, with the mould just building up and up and up over that period of time, and making our health worse and worse, until I couldn’t hold back from telling the real estate agents anymore. We have just gotten back from spending a couple of days with my Dad while the work was done, and Graham went above and beyond, letting me know what to expect when I got home, sending me photos etc, and making sure to put things back as he found them. This is so rare these days, and it means the world to us. Thank you so much, Graham!!!! ☺️☺️☺️ We hope not to have to deal with you again (because the mould will be gone!!!) but if there is ever another issue, you would be the first person we came to!!!!

Graham was fantastic to work with. After the water damage to my clinic, he helped organise the air scrubbers and made sure the environment was safe before reopening. He was always responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome. Really appreciate his support and professionalism. Plus he is always smiling:-). Highly recommended.
