Excellent Service provided me with three contractors for contact. All contractors explained in detail the process for installation and recommended number of panels. Two days of discussion with potential installers and after selecting one for installation the job was completed within one week. The Solar market process was excellent.

I am grateful to Solar Market for providing 3 legitimately qualified solar installation businesses to quote on my request. There are lots of unqualified people and often it's difficult to know who to choose. I received 3 quotes, although one was slow and was able to make a timely decision.

Solar Market is a great place to get your quotes. The experience was great, prompt responses and installers reached out to me pretty quickly. The first installer had a very well trained sales team. The insider sales team would set the meeting, the salesman comes on site to discuss options. Unfortunately, the person was an aggressive salesman, push hard to get the sales and wouldn't take a no for an answer. In hindsight, it was a commission based salesman that quoted 2x the price and begged for the business when I decided to go with someone else. The 2nd installer didn't even bother to use the phone and sent an email quote for just 1/3 of the price of the first quote. Zero value adds so obviously they didn't get the business. The third installer was a small business, genuine and very knowledgeable person. He explained what I would need and why. Then visit onsite to show the options the best part was, it was half the price of the first quote I received from the commission based salesman. What he taught me was having the consumption meter would help me make the best use of the system. He went out of his way to make things work from both pricing to installation date. Just like that, he got the job. I would advise Solar Market to tighten down the number of installers, and focus on top rating installers only to ensure fantastic experience for the consumers. I would recommend using Solar Market if you're searching for a solar system, just do your due diligence and never settles after just one quote. It will save you a lot of money.
