From the first contact with Gareth to the final installation was an absolute pleasure, nothing was a hassle for Gareth, supplying options and consultation until we decided on the best system for our needs, then came the quick installation date and the A team arrived on time! From the very first contact, the team at Solargain Wangaratta have been both professional and extremely helpful. The installation had to be differed a couple of times and Garath was very accomodating. Tom and his crew did a great installation and Tom followed up with help, over the phone, on setting up WEB access to my system. The quality of the panels and the placement was superb. Excellent company to deal with, every interaction was friendly and professional. As I got quotes from all over the place and I leant more I kept changing what I wanted, even after paying my deposit, this was no problem for Gareth who seemed able to cope, he simply sent a new quote. SG were not the cheapest, the cheapest were from Melbourne, they might be perfectly fine but I'm not sure what happens when you have a problem, they won't be turning up the next day to have a look I'm sure. With Solargain NE Vic you know you will get a good quality install, e.g. the battery comms was hard wired to the Modem, not wifi, which is expensive to re configure if you need to down the track The install was fairly complex and took two days.(13.6 Kw panels, 13.5 kwh battery, plus i store HWS) Temp was mid to high 30's and working on a dark tile roof, roof space was baking, very hard going but the 4 man crew were positive and well managed to keep people safe. Thank you again fella's Like others who confidently recommended SG to me I can now do the same for others thinking about installing solar.
