Choosing a battery inverter and new panels via Solarquotes was the plan but I thought I’d try something more local and ended up going with SolarRun Traralgon. Blake was the only one who did a site visit and they had the Sigenergy and Aiko products I wanted. Communication re installation dates was excellent, as were the installers (thanks Brad Phil and crew). As an owner builder with a quirky mud brick and zincalume construction it was important to get the finish to a high standard. One thing I’d say is that panel layout can be tricky and most (all mine) quotes use aerial photos like google maps and this lacks the detail and may not work if you want roof access or the battens don’t line up with panels.. then you can get additional costs..in my case I needed TIGOs which can add another 1% to the cost..ideally quotes should have this level of detail, however it’s such a competitive environment so not many companies do site visits or detailed panel plans. All that said I’d recommend solar run and Blake.. I’ve given 4 stars and if I could I’d go 4.5 ..and I rarely give a 5. I’m very happy with the 3 phase gateway hybrid inverter, 30 Aiko panels ans sigenergy 24kw batteries.. All signed off today..no issues!!

Solar Run's Blake explained their services and type and efficiency of the system that we proposed to purchase. We decided to upgrade our solar panels and add a 16kw battery. The installation team were extremely efficient and helpful. We are very happy with the service and would recommend Solar Run to complete their Solar purchase.

Purchasing a Solar & Battery system can be quite daunting specially with all the pop up company's when government rebates appear. Blake from Solar Run explained & answered all my concerns and provided me with a quality product at a reasonable price. The team from Solar Run were very professional with their workmanship,cleaned up afterwards. The service doesn't stop after payment. Blake assures me that they are here for the long run & will assists with any issues that may arise down the track. Yes i would recommend SOLAR RUN for your solar & battery system

Installed large residential system with Solar Run. Good communication and consultation from Patrick and he designed a system that would suit our needs. It was installed over two days, the second day in atrocious conditions. The 5 installers were fantastic - hard working and very personable. All seemed like really decent guys. We are very happy with the result.

I'm very happy with the installation of my SolarRun solar and battery system. The install team were professional and courteous. They helped me get setup on the app before they had to turn my system off because of the electrical inspection which will happen soon. I would use SolarRun again and recommend them for your Solar needs.
