SES World - Solar Services, Installation Company in Australia

I recently worked with SES Solar Retailer, and despite a lengthy process due to various technical and organizational issues, the outcome is quite promising. The team at SES, especially our sales representative Andy, was with us every step of the way. He kept us informed, addressed our concerns, and ensured that we were comfortable with each decision. Special thanks to Maggi for organizing a quick installation once we had a solution. We’re still learning to configure the system, but we’re already very happy with it. Despite the challenges, SES’s professionalism and dedication made it all worthwhile.

I recently got a 10 KW system installed at my roof and I appreciate the system's quality and energy level it produces. I have been looking at some solar for quite some time. I got around 12 different quotes and in the end actually decided on a different company because they were a little cheaper. My decision was based on price and reviews. When I contacted SES I was contacted by Dave back. He was always very thorough and never ever pushy which is what I liked most. He gave me different options and always responded in a timely manner. When I told him I had decided on another company he asked politely for the reason why and told him that I had decided on another company due to the price which he quickly said let him look to see if he can do any better which he did (I then changed my mind on the panels I wanted anyway) I then decided to stick with SES which is the best decision I made. The application for the rebate was done efficiently by Dave and installation was booked in soon after. There was a delay on the panels as they were out of stock but was offered replacements at same cost but I decided to wait for original stock. I am around 1.5 hours from Melbourne but was also very pleasantly surprised that the installers Dave organised were from my local area. Been a very smooth process and so far so good with the panels. From the initial consultation, they took the time to explain every detail of the process and answer all my questions. The installation team was professional, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. I was especially impressed with their proactive communication throughout the project. They followed up after installation to ensure everything was working smoothly and even helped me understand how to monitor my system.
