Today I reached out to the Racv solar team to solve a problem re starting our Fronius wifi This issue took well over an hour, handling this from the Racv team was Kelly, I have to say what an absolutely fantastic job she did, she was patient, methodical, persistent and cheerful. Well done Kelly

Installed a great system that worked immediately, including no interference to the home or computers when the power was turned off and the tesla battery kicked in. The installers were efficient, clean and communicated well when they required to turn the power off. I would highly recommend them.

The RACV Solar team were wonderful to deal with. Shannon and his installation team went out of their way to make sure that we were kept fully appraised of what they were doing and how long this would take. As we were having a heat pump HWS, solar panels and a battery installed the job ran over several days. The team worked long hours each day and went out of their way to meet our requests for siting equipment even if it meant extra work was necessary. I recommend them highly for their professionalism, friendliness and no fuss approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.
