Recently upgraded an old 3kw solar system that came with our house. Justin and his team removed the old one & setup a 12.24kwp roof pv system, with a Sigenstor EC10sp inverter and 24kwh battery total. All in under 1 day. I think it was up and running by 2pm and the work quality was top notch! I had been looking into this prior to the battery rebate and had gone through solar quotes so had a lot of providers and quotes and information to compare against. What they presented was extremely competitive cost wise. But after talking to them about details Peak stood out more than just value. The reason why I chose Peak was they knew what they were talking about but also weren't trying to push any one size fits all solution (like some other providers) They were attentive to everything from roof layout and our needs / budget and also first to point out where possible upgrades may need to be made eg to my existing circuit breaker. They didn't hide anything in fine print the whole rebate process was very straightforward thanks to Bridgette and I 100% would recommend them to any friends who ask. Only hold up was 100% not Peaks fault, due to The Sig recall but as soon as new stock came in they were on top of it. Even through that they were 100% transparent and shared all information they had as it came in. Install was super efficient < 1 day left the place cleaner than they found it. Its only been a few days but one of them was overcast and raining still haven't had to pull anything from the grid. We live in rural vic so the od blackout isn't unheard of, having this system and the gateway helps me work remote but also gives some security to my family. For these reasons it mattered that the people backing up the product were going to be in it for the long-haul. Talking to Thomas, Justin & Bridgette you can tell they are looking out for customers and their own workers. They are building a real team for a sustainable business not just being a business front to grab installs and then farm it out to contractors (like many other business's do).
