The service is great, and they are actually pretty cheap in my area which is a huge bonus. Their app is awesome, I check it all the time! It shows my real-time energy usage and cost, a feature that is truly unique and has been a genuine game-changer for me. Being able to see the wholesale market price directly means I actually get value out of my energy spend, instead of just staring at a confusing bill. Beyond the technology, the customer experience is seamless. Their online portal is super easy to navigate, and their team has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, switching to Flow Power feels like joining a smarter and greener energy model, rather than just paying another utility bill. I highly recommend them.
