Everything went smoothly. I was kept informed all the way. I received emails and calls to ensure things were going ok and informed of each stage of process. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, neat and tidy. A big thank you to Reuben who looked after me from start to finish. He took care of everything and was very friendly and helpful. It was great chatting with him.

Sarah your representative called into my house to explain Solar Panels to me. She was very friendly and I liked her instantly. She explained everything to me and I ended up signing for Solar then and there. She continued to keep in touch with me until my Solar was installed. The installers of my solar panels were very efficient and had them installed in no time. I would recommend Smart Energy to everybody.

Alannah was not only professional but also friendly, and able to explain the product and process in easy to understand terms. I had never really considered solar because I hadn't done much research into how it would help not only the Earth, but also my household. Once Alannah had explained the advantages, and walked me through the entire process, from installation, to repayments, etc, I knew 100% it was the right decision to get solar power. Thanks Alannah

Very pleased at the workmanship of the guys lol forgot their names me bad. But very good stuff because it wasn’t a simple job the house being two storey with some panels positioned on the shed also thank you 😊
