We’d been messed around by a few sales-driven companies beforehand, so finally dealing with Ryan — someone who actually tailored the system to our household’s needs from start to finish — was a breath of fresh air. Ryan guided us through the entire process and clearly explained the different inverter and battery brands, along with the pros and cons of each. That made it easy to choose the right setup for our home, and with his experience we always felt we were in safe hands. We also had a full switchboard upgrade, which now means we can use the battery when the power goes out — a massive bonus! We ended up choosing a 32 kWh battery with a 10 kW 3-phase inverter, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely be passing Ryan’s number on to friends and family who are interested. We haven’t used one unit from the grid since installed 😍
