We got an old solar system replaced by East Coast Energy late last year. Dan was so great from the first visit. He kept us informed at all times. We are beyond happy with it. We no longer have an electricity bill.

I had been noticing all the new solar systems on the neighbours houses going up and I thought to myself, maybe its time to upgrade mine as well, I don't think it's doing too much up there anyway. So when East Coast Energy Co stopped by my place with some info on whats available these days, i thought I might as well have a chat about the different options. The door knocker was a true legend, wasn't one of those pushy people that seem desperate, we spoke about everything, not just solar! Anyway I ended up booking an appointment for 2 days later with one of their specialists by the name of Gleb. Gleb was a true professional, he was able to determine that I was right in thinking that my current solar system wasn't doing too much.. he also laid out all the various options that would be suitable for my needs. From start to finish, the appointment went great, I ended up going with a new system and they were kind enough to deal with the 20 year old bitza off the roof too! I am writing this review 6 months after installation and my bills have been reduced significantly, safe to say it'll pay for itself in no time and the whole company in general has been a breeze to deal with.

Fantastic local company Kaycee from the office was great to deal with, knowledgeable, patient and informative, she provided an install date, answered all my queries and followed up the day before with confirmation of arrival time .
