We were very happy with Countryside Solar from Beginning to end. The guys who installed our system were brilliant explaining how to get the best out of our solar. Countryside Solar have been excellent to deal with I had received a quote from a competitor who advised a 10 week wait time to install and Nick promptly matched the quote with an install promised within 2 weeks. Once I had advised we had received the approval for the funds to pay for solar battery install Nick was able to get the install booked for the following day. The installer Rob was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to complete the install in a timely manner while minimising the amount of time my power had to be turned of. In the end the power was only out while I was on my lunch break while working from home leading to no impact on my day. After the install had been completed Nick has been patient waiting for the bank to finalise payment and was happy to add additional information to the invoice to satisfy the banks requirements for final payment. I will definitely be looking at using Countryside Solar again when it comes to upgrading my system in the future as I will be looking to increase my number and panels and expand storage capabilities.

Nick and the installers went above and beyond to assist me with the right system and positioning for my solar. They were professional, friendly and super helpful and I couldn't be more happy with my solar and the added bonus of being in credit with Ergon.

I had a 42kw battery fitted yesterday supplied and organised by Countryside Solar. I only agreed and paid the deposit the day before and they arranged installation the very next day. Great to deal with Nick Singh who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Called me back when promised and kept in touch throughout the process. Great company to deal with and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great experience with CountrySide Solar. Nick was one of the only people that came to my property in person to quote. He went through a range of options to suit many budgets before narrowing down my requirements from the system. Over the following couple of weeks I changed my mind on a few items and Nick was always happy to renew the quote with zero pressure to buy a system. I ended up settling on a 19.8kw system with all Sigenergy hardware. Alex arrived to install my system, I was pleasantly surprised to see a team of just 2 people working, it took 2 days to complete but the result was a thorough job and a very neat install. I would rather this any day than a dozen cowboys showing up to get a system installed as fast as possible. Have now been online for 4 days and haven’t touched any grid power at all. Very happy, thanks Nick and Alex.
