Absolutely brilliant company, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Gary is extremely customer focused and takes the time to explain in great detail not only the benefits but also the disadvantages of different products. He is very knowledgeable. Gary understands the competition and could answer all of my questions (lots of them!) and made me feel completely satisfied. The product that our family purchased was the right product for us. Jeremy was also amazing to deal with as wanted solar hot water also. Being an electrician and a Darwin local for a number of years, Jeremy was able to assist us and think outside the box to accommodate our needs. When it came to the finance, it was seamless, the company were easy to deal with and Gary had explained everything. We were approved in 2 days.
