I have been using northern renewable group now for nearly 5 years. We have a large system that runs a safari camp which is about 60kw in Litchfield NT and also a couple of smaller 15kw systems that runs some houses and sheds nearby. Northern renewables have been great with communication, being on time and actually coming to site when they say they will and spot on with the final product being very neat and tidy and working well. Also having support online or over the phone nearly 24/7 has been a game changer for us. The few problems that we have had everynow and then are usually sorted over the phone quite quickly or if not fixed by a technician coming out asap. Which is great support when your business relies on the power as we are fully off grid and depend on it 100% I have used a couple of other solar companies in Darwin over the years and these guys are the best of them all. The team at Northern Renewable is great. Excellent communication throughout the whole process- design, planning and execution. The admins, designer and technicians were all very professional. The system was installed neatly as designed. After install, support is great as well. I recently changed wifi routers and got the support I needed to get back online. I highly recommend this local company for any solar needs. We were actually referred by a friend who had theirs installed by the team and we are doing the same every time someone asks us about our solar system. Great work Northern Renewable Group!

Very professional, and efficient! Marcus always does a great job and is very courteous and I am very happy with the service provided. Try and get my solar panels cleaned every year and it really does help with performance also love the fact they do checks on everything and before and after photos! Highly recommend! Great job 😊. They are very passionate about what they do. Jamie, the sparky is great, he treats the apprentices very well. The good thing is that you talk directly to the engineer rather than a salesperson, so you can talk about the technical details straight from the beginning and not just getting marketing talk from a salesperson. They communicate very well from the beginning to the end and they work quality is good, organised and tidy. The prices are very reasonable especially the fact that they are using the same products as other installers. Would definitely recommend them for both residential and industrial solar solutions.
