Apart from a few letdowns from their own suppliers, the SPS Solar + Water experience was first class. From the original quote from Ty, right through to the office staff especially Karen and finally to Josh and his installation crew a big thank you for the great communication and a large project very well done. The attention to detail from Josh and his crew was superb, resulting in a very well designed and implemented layout of the inverter, battery box and meter board. In addition, they didn't leave any mess or debris for us to clean up. All the paperwork, government and utility communications etc was also handled by SPS as part of the package. Very competitive pricing was another rewarding factor for us to implement such a large and complex installation. I am very happy to confidently recommend SPS Solar + Water.

I had contracted SPS to install a residential solar system last year. The quote to install process was painless and professional. They were very upfront with their pricing information as well. Unfortunately due to external factors not related to SPS, the system wasn't able to be turned on until a few weeks ago. While I was getting the issue resolved with the grid, SPS went out of their way to contact me and ask about the progress and if there was anything they could do multiple times over the course of last year. This was greatly appreciated as it suggested the comapny actually cares about its customers and doesn't just install and move on. Indeed, as soon as the issue with the grid was sorted, SPS was out there on that same afternoon to turn my system on. Absolutely fantastic customer service and after a year of waiting for my system to work I'm now finally enjoying watching my power bills go down.
