We recently had a solar system installed by SolarHub, Bega. From the initial consultation with Nick (non-pushy sales/service approach) to the final installation with Dale and his team was exceptional. Nick/Dale and the team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure the installation ran smoothly and efficiently. We were kept up to date throughout the entire process, with clear and timely communication from the team. The workmanship was top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. We felt confident throughout the process, and the final result speaks for itself—clean install, great performance, and no surprises. Very happy with the installation of additional solar panels, inverter and Tesla battery by SolarHub Bega. The team were very professional and courteous despite some unexpected problems encountered with the extremely narrow gap in the common wall with my neighbour through which cables had to be fed. The final system has been finished extremely neatly and commissioned by the electrician with a thorough explanation to me about the features, safety issues and use of the app involved. I highly recommend the team from SolarHub Bega if you need solar panels and/or a battery.

Ours was a big project, and we wanted to work with experienced professionals to ensure the job would be done well. From end to end, sales to aftermarket, i could not be happier with the level of service i received from this well organised and professional outfit. The front end is competitive in price, honest in commitment and exacting with communication. This old Ops manager revelled in an install process that was low key, the lack of talk spoke volumes for the fact each guy knew the job and their part in it. Back of house management was available when I rang and personally ran down two seperate requests i made. But it was the little things, I could name a few instances where operatives noticed things and quietly repaired them reporting back to the site super who in turn let me know. For me, this was the perfect example of getting what you pay for, so often in Solar as an industry you hear of cowboys or shonky sales techniques - not these blokes, no way no how. So thank you. I recently had a battery added to my existing solar system (also installed by Solarhub). I highly recommend the Solarhub team for their experience, expertise and customer service. They are a very professional team and always a pleasure to deal with.

***UPDATE*** After all sorts of woes, including replacing the LG unit in question it turned out the cause of the problem was a miniscule hole in the copper tubing that holds the refridgerant under pressure. The Solar Hub guys have been very staunch and continued to help us well outside the warranty period. Tim, from SolarHub in Canberra, replaced all the copper tubing and we now have a "fully operational" air conditioning unit. I have revised my origianl 2* rating to 5* due the friendly and professional service we got from the team. ***END UPDATE*** We were very impressed by the team that installed our solar system - however I would strongly recommend that you do *not* get them to install LG reverse cycle ac units. We had two installed at the same time and while one has worked perfectly the other has never worked properly and ceased working completely over a year ago.
