SolarHub Batemans Bay

The fact that there were one or two things that went wrong in my dealings with SolarHub and I have been ultimately pleased with the service and products testifies to SolarHub's excelent service and product offerings. Their genuine apology, their commitment to address issues as promptly as they could have impressed me greatly. It is not one or two things going wrong that is a problem particularly when dealing with installing complex products. Rather, it is how a service reacts to these things which is a true test of good service. I cannot be happier with SolarHub in this respect. All the staff I hae dealt with have been truely excelent to deal with and always sincere in and committed to rectifying concerns and issues with full sense of responsibility and understanding.

We recently had Solarhub Batemans Bay install a Tesla battery as an ‘add on’ to an existing 3yo solar system. The installation was completed on Day 1, with the system commissioned on Day 2. Worthy of note though is that the 2 x installers (Mark & Joey) were meticulous in the way that they did the installation and labelling of the various components, so much so that a number of our guests have commented on how neat their work was. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Solarhub to anyone else who is considering purchasing such a system.

Over the last 15 years we have used five different solar installation companies across three properties. Solarhub are far away the best company we have dealt with, both in terms of their installation of our 11 kW system here and the powerwall we installed and also in terms of after sales service whenever we have any issues or queries. We could not recommend them highly enough.

The team at Solarhub, from the office to the installation with Mark and Nathan, were fantastic. Their care for detail and clear and professional approach made the whole process a good experience. Mark and Nathan went over and above to ensure our installation was not just successful but also ensured the house and the appearance was enhanced and not compromise. I had two Powerwall 2's installed to an existing ground mount system. I was undecided on going from one to two batteries but the pricing was very good, too good to not do it. Now the installation is a week old, the smoothing of the Solar production with the electricity usage of the property is now pretty much matched and we will be more than self sufficient for 8 months of the year. I am very pleased with Solarhub, the pricing process and the installation and the payment terms. My pricing was based on being part of a VPP, no experience of that yet, but my financial modelling suggests it will have little impact on my own use of my Powerwalls.
