High quality product and installation from Solar Junction. The sales team led by Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was on time and very neat and tidy. All in all it was a good experience and I look forward to savings on my power bills.

Excellent staff. Honest, reliable, economical. It’s a perfect combination I expect from my supplier. That’s what these guys are. Joanne’s one of the finest Sales staff I have seen in the industry. Just not limited to getting a sale but also believes in After Sale service too. I will certainly recommend them to my mates.

Sales personnel promised installation date, of course that did not happen, spent many emails and phone calls chasing this up, twice promised installation date dates which were cancelled. Installer eventually came and did a good job of installing. I had many queries about the system and settings of inverter which was handled extremely well by the technical staff. Would of given 5 stars except for the BS from sales.

* I can only review the experience of having my solar panels installed, not the quality or reliability of the panels as they’ve only just been installed 2 days ago.* I spent a lot of time researching solar companies as I was well aware there are many cowboys operating in the industry. Victor from Solar Junction was tested to his limits with me and my questions. I was very impressed with his matter of fact answers & willingness to explain things to me. At no time did he get irritated with me and my questions. He just answered them & in fact, seemed to respect the fact I had done so much research & knew the questions to ask. We went with the largest system we could (13.2kw/30 panels) in hopes of dramatically reducing our $1000/qtr power bills. Whether that happens, remains to be seen but we’re hopeful. Harvey was great for keeping me updated with the progress of installation. We live in a very remote location so did have to wait 6 weeks. Harvey also called to check on the day of installation that all was going well. Finally, Harry was absolutely fantastic helping me setup the app that connects to the inverter. Even once it was setup he called me back several hours later to ensure I’d been able to access the app & didn’t need any further help. Bonus points for the installers used. An Aussie crew who were professional, friendly and helpful. Able to provide important information during the installation with clear communication.
