After my first conversation with Jacob from Solar Ease I knew I was dealing with a great solar company. Jacob advised me on the best system for my needs and also took into consideration what I wanted. Communication with Jacob was clear and precise he made sure we were on the same page.I was given the time to make my decision with out being pressured. When Sumon took over the system installation and did his site visit to inspect the property, he advised me on the best location. I just got Fox solar batteries and a Fox inverter installed at my home through Solar Ease. (I have existing solar panels.) I'm really happy with how they are working. The app is great and gives lots of data. Solar Ease did a very good job. Jacob was easy to communicate with, he knew what has was talking about and took the time to find a solution that worked for me, was affordable and scalable.

Jacob at Solar Ease made the solar battery installation process easy and I'm happy with the system installed and the price of the system. We decided on a 32kW FOX ESS battery with a FOX ESS 5kW inverter. We use about 25% of the battery overnight and it recharges fully even on overcast days. We also got the blackout switch so we can have power on during blackout periods. We did require a firmware update on the FOX ESS system but Solar Ease did that and the system has now worked well for a week since the update.

I recently purchased a battery and new panels from Jacob at Solar ease and I was very impressed with the whole process .Jacob helped me find the right panels etc for me .it worked exactly as he said and was definitely worth the price .
