I am writing to share my experience with ProSolar Australia, who recently installed 19.2 kWh battery system to my existing 13.2kW, 3-Phase solar system. The ProSolar team was efficient, helpful, and performed the work to a high standard. It was very hot, but by the end of the day, the solar and battery system was fully operational. During installation, a point of clarification arose regarding the system's blackout capabilities. My initial understanding was that the 19.2kWh battery would power the entire house during an outage (albeit for a limited time). It turned out that it would only support a limited number of predefined circuits. While this discrepancy was likely due to my own misunderstanding during the initial discussions, it's worth noting for future customers. For several days, the system operated flawlessly. Subsequently, an issue arose that caused the system to behave erratically. ProSolar's initial remote troubleshooting efforts were unsuccessful, but fortunately, a simple system reboot resolved the problem. For the past 17 days, since the reboot, the system has operated without issue. Throughout this process, the ProSolar support team, particularly Ben and Luke, provided excellent assistance. Luke, in particular, went above and beyond to help resolve the issue, offering ongoing support and reassurance. He even visited the site the following day to ensure there were no further issues. ProSolar delivered a fully functional battery system. The professionalism of the installation team and the responsiveness of their support, especially Luke, were commendable. I believe in the importance of supporting local businesses and I recommend ProSolar Australia, particularly given their commitment to resolving issues and providing ongoing support.

I'm absolutely delighted with the service and follow up contact I've experienced from these guys. The team was friendly and easy to communicate with and the installation of the panels was prompt and efficient. ProSolar have been a very easy and accommodating company to work with, right from the sales to the installation and after sales service. Their quote and advice was fair, according to our needs and without any up-selling. Friendly and easy to communicate with, it made them a lot easier to trust. Everything happened quickly once we accepted their quote – there was no mucking around with timings and we were really impressed with how smoothly things went. They also made sure you didn’t feel abandoned once the system was installed. We had a minor software glitch (that didn’t affect production or feed in) with the inverter and they worked hard at getting it resolved remotely with the manufacturer. You can feel confident and comfortable that they will do the right thing by their clients.

5 stars from advice, to quoting, installation and after sales. Never felt like I was being sold equipment I didn't need and was advised to wait for batteries as the pricing will come down. We have a 13.6kW system for a 4 bed home with AC and Pool. Super happy with what we have and the system is pumping. 100% recommend prosolar
