We couldn’t be happier with the job MNC Solar did on our solar and battery installation at The Gallery Farm. Jake and his team were absolutely outstanding. They worked incredibly well together, were efficient, tidy, and clearly take pride in what they do. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and seamless. They quoted and re-quoted for us as we decided to increase our battery storage, giving honest advice and clear guidance every step of the way. Communication was excellent — we were notified well in advance of the install date, and when we had to reschedule due to a planned power outage, they rearranged everything and had us booked in the very next day. That level of flexibility and service really stood out. We live at the end of the grid line and used to experience regular blackouts. Thankfully, that’s now a thing of the past. Since installation, we haven’t drawn any power from the grid in the first four days — and have already generated just over $30 feeding back into it. It’s looking like our power bills will be extremely low, if not in the positive. The system looks fantastic, the workmanship is first class, and knowing they use their own in-house installers (not subcontractors) is very reassuring. That’s important when choosing a solar company. They also have a great showroom and are a strong local business that will clearly be around for a long time — a company you can trust. Great experience & excellent company to deal with. Contacted Craig who thoroughly explained everything & quote sent through the same day. Shaun and the team completed the install, and they were all very professional & polite. Left everything spotlessly clean & explained the new system and assisted uploading the phone app . Excellent company to deal with. First point of contact was with Craig who was helpful and sent through a quote very promptly. Work was carried out within a few weeks of accepting the quote. Sean and a team of 4 others completed the install, and they were all polite, efficient and respectful of our home and property. Explanation of new system and phone app monitoring was fully explained. With all of the solar companies advertising systems, we started searching suppliers cautiously. However MNC Solar were thoroughly professional from the first phone call. They use their own tradespeople and came to scope out the job a couple of weeks prior, just to ensure that there were no problems.
