Goodness me, what a wonderfully simple and satisfying experience. I simply cannot think of any way that this process could have been improved upon. A special shout out to Jeremy who came to my home to explain how everything worked. I warmed to him immediately. He was polite, friendly, punctual, helpful and kind. What a gem! That's not to say that Aysha from accounts or Lachlan, who installed my unit were any less praiseworthy. I could not be happier!

Met with Matthew Sparke a few months ago, clearly knew the product and how optimally to use it - with clear msg to let a few mths of usage occur to observe usage before deciding to switch providers or engaging in radical trading. Batteries were recently installed, and power wall installed a few days before (& heat was a real stinker that day). Both days nice group of fellows, doing the Lenergy brand well, cleaned up worksite on completion, clearly had done a few installations before. Great job

Just before Christmas I posted a 1Star review which you can lookup on this site. It was in relation to custom support or lack thereof and follow-up. This ‘harsh’ review got a call back within an hour or two. That was really appreciated as expected with the holidays on our door step. We had shut our system off due to a roaring noise and indicator light flashing intermittently on red. As recorded in my review Sonnen (the brand of our battery) was not contactable and are almost impossible to contact anyway. Their instructions on shutting down your system and rebooting appear to indicate that you need to open up the battery cabinet!! My point here is that homeowners are now upgrading their systems to become virtually self sufficient and therefore solar energy suppliers should have emergency services all year round just as electricity suppliers do. That said, Winston came onboard. He was very accommodating, following up our battery activity on their system and contacting Sonnen for them to do the same. Assistance and emails over the Christmas break were great.

We first had Lenergy install our 10 kWh Sonnen battery, including the inverter and 25 solar panels about two years ago, and we were very happy with the system’s performance and overall workmanship. This year, we returned to Lenergy to install 16 additional panels, upgrade to a 48 kWh Sigenergy battery, and fit a Sigenergy Gateway three-phase 30 kW inverter - and the experience this time was outstanding. On installation day, Mitchell who led the team was equally impressive — efficient, professional, and clearly experienced. After installation, he took the time to walk us through how the system works and showed us how to use the app to monitor everything.
