My house was more of difficult installation than most, but the team handled it flawlessly with professionalism and great attention to detail. They kept everything tidy, communicated clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The solar + battery system is performing perfectly. We recently had a Sigenergy solar battery installed and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Tom was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. No sales pressure, just honest advice. His pricing was very competitive and the best we found. Initially I was going to proceed with a larger solar company but after speaking with a friend about the cost, I was advised to give Tom a call. After 30 minutes on the phone talking me through my options, I decided to go with Hi-connect, a smaller local business that was highly recommended by another customer. Tom knew his stuff and didn't try to sell me uncessary products. The job went smoothly and in the end I saved $7,000 compared with what the other company was quoting me. The system was different (same size) but more suited to my needs, and the panels and inverter are of better quality (I did some research into this!) Fantastic service from Ben, Tom and Sam. They were pleasant and very accommodating. I made an error by not telling them that a wood burning stove was being fitted the next day, so the placement of the panels had to change. It added an extra hour on the job but Ben was absolutely fine with it. He would not accept any money for his time. Tom and Ben have since returned to my house to do some electrical work indoors and again, I was very happy with the quality of their work. Hi-Connect Solar and Electrical removed our solar panels and re-installed for our replacement roof. Great workers, efficient and friendly. We had a small issue with a couple of our panels and they returned promptly to fix this and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this company

If you are thinking about solar and batteries, these are the guys you need to speak to. Professional, helpful, understanding and most importantly competent. Communication was fantastic, on time and left everything spotless. Can't recommend them enough. Very very happy.
