He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation went smoothly from start to finish. From the first phone call Cole was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable and understanding to our household needs. He was not pushy like other company’s I enquired with to try and get the sale. Installation day Corey was fantastic discussed everything prior to starting work. I’m very happy with the clean install and Corey assisting me with setting up the app functions before he left.

I did extensive research to install solar panels and a battery system. There are many solar installation companies, and prices for similar products vary widely. Hexa Solar Solutions offered competitive pricing compared to other companies. However, my picky nature led me to double-check one more thing. I knew it was a new company, and since there weren't many reviews, I needed to verify its credibility. Did they really exist? As a customer, it was a significant expense, so after reviewing several procedures, I sent the deposit. Cole was responsive to my demanding consultation. Cole said Energex would take several days to approve, but in my case, it was approved in two days, and a date for the solar and battery installation was immediately scheduled. The entire process from consultation to installation took about nine days. I consulted with another company, and the confirmation process took three weeks, but no resul A four-person installation team arrived at 6:30 PM and completed the installation around 12:30 PM. They did a quick and high-quality job. I highly recommend the Cole & Corey team. They're a real company, so don't worry about the lack of reviews.
