Fantastic experience over the past few years. They installed 19kW panels back in Dec 23 and worked over a few months as my build was halfway done. They found a few cracked tiles and replaced them without asking. They worked very late, even with bad weather and very hot days. The whole team has been great to deal with. Today they just installed a Goodwe battery which was near impossible to get and did a great job. They were here until very late and never complained. From the beginning with helping me decide on the panels tech and size until now they are a great company to use and their pricing was very good too. I would highly recommend them.

Could not be happier. Being from regional NSW we had plenty of companies closer to us to use but we chose Green Solar Energy as they were excellent puting our panels up 5 years ago. Moh even fixed a faulty light fitting for us which he didn’t have to do. They arrived on time and efficent and professional!

Here my experience with Green Solar Energy Start from the quote and to outline that I have an existing old 1.5KW old system to be removed and to put a new system. Ann from the office was very helpful and patient in responding to my request for quote variations. I also have a lot of questions about solar and Ann can give me some advice with confidence. At that time, I shortlisted 3 candidate solar installers and finally I selected Green Solar Energy. Paperwork is very straightforward and my installation date is less than 2 weeks. During the installation date they turn up on time, Richard, Moh start the job first and then Mahmood comes in the afternoon. I give huge credit to Richard and team for the job they have done. They take care of every single aspect and do the job properly. They take care of safety and handle the panels carefully one by one. They make sure your roof does not leak and tidy up my old solar panels neatly after removing them. They stack my old panels together, lean on the wall and put some panel protection to make sure the wall and panels are not damaged. I don’t think everyone will think of something like this. (please see photo attached) Mahmoud did the electrician part and he gave advice on where is the best way to put the inverter. The end result is very good. The app recorded system is running properly without any issue, Roof panels installation neat, Inverter installation cabling also neat. I have also included some photos post installation. My final words, I strongly recommended Green Solar Energy to my family and friends for their services.

I used GSE to install my Enphase system 2 years ago. It's been trouble free so when Albos battery rebate was announced I got them to come back to install a Sigenergy battery. Everything just works, they price competitively and Ann and Mo are both a pleasure to deal with.

Ann was super helpful during the quoting/design process. Price was very competitive and no pushy sales approach. Mo, Richard and his team attended early in the morning, talked through the entire installation with me and then worked in a super efficient manner throughout the day with no fuss. I work for a contractor and I know quality workmanship when I see it. These guys are first class when it comes to politeness, efficiency and attention to detail, they even lifted my old solar hot water panels off the roof for me!! The house and yard was left spotless and I received a complete run through of the system after installation I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially knowing how many dodgy installers are out there. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know thats considering solar, in fact I already have recommended them to a friend who also used them and had the same positive experience.
