Eco energy and soul solutions installed our solar system. The quoting communication and installation was seamless. We have had the system in for several years. We noticed that the solar system wasn’t working to 100%. Brett and his team got back to us in less than 24 hours and had it fixed less than a week. Once again, communication was excellent. We feel like we are lucky to have contractors like this in our area. We would use this organisation again in a heartbeat.

Eco Energy & Solar Solutions have just completed a residential solar install for us, and we were delighted with their professionalism throughout. The initial proposals were clearly specified. The installation was completed promptly. The routing and concealment of conduit was considered carefully. We were engaged for comment throughout. At the time of commissioning, we had an excellent overview of the system, and in the days since we had some additional questions which were promptly answered. Although we already had some solar we decided due to our age to increase the panels so that if anything happened to one of us that the other one wouldn't have to worry about that particular account. Also if we ever needed to sell our home it would stand us in good stead. Everything was going well, until sadly there was a hold up for a couple of weeks as some of the equipment hadn't arrived. Eventually we got a date and it was installed by a couple of nice young guys. Even though we discovered that that an error had occurred yesterday but we still got a small credit on our bill today and that is what we were after. Initially we made enquiries with a mob who was using a former aussie cricket captain as their masthead...it was a disaster from start to finish and we were one of the lucky ones who got their deposit back. We then scouted around for someone local and were fortunate enough to find Eco energy and solar. Totally different experience. Every person working for the company was A1, They came, they saw, they conquered as the old saying goes. They didn't try to upsell any product to us, were totally honest and professional and arrived on time and finished on time. No fuss, no mucking about, just honest fair dinkum 5 star service.
