We had a fault in our unit just after 5-6 days in a row of 36+, already at one of the busiest times of the years for aircon contractors AND towards the end of the week before Xmas. Despite all of this, they went above and beyond to process the fault and have the warranty repair completed ASAP for us knowing we have a 9 month old and needed the house cool for him. Every step of the way the customer service from initial email queries, to phone call updates to us, to the tech attending for repairs was prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Read moreFollowing a recent power outage at our home, I was unable to operate my Advantage Air Mobile Phone App, I could only do that from my wall mounted 8” Android Wall Touch Screen Tablet. I contacted Elwyn at Advantage Air Tech Support as I had done so previously, requesting for help. Elwyn organized with Josh from Tech Support to contact me, which he did without delay. I explained to Josh that I wasn’t tech savvy, so he had to be patient with me as I went through the process with him of reconnecting my internet router to the system. I was very impressed with Josh as he took the time to slowly walk me through the entire process of reconnecting and restarting my system. He stayed on the phone until I told him that all systems were go, and I could operate my mobile app from my bed, following my recent surgery. We are very pleased with the Advantage Air/My Place system, as I use it mainly for my air-conditioning and security camera systems which can be operated from the wall mounted unit or our mobile phone app, even when we are overseas. We highly recommend the products and the Fantastic After Sales Service/Tech Support that we have received from Elwyn and Josh. Thanks again.

I never knew how to use it correctly from the start and he took the time to explain it all and go over the entire system making sure each zone was working. I don’t normally do reviews but I just had to leave one for him. Advantage Air should be proud to have him working

He managed this quickly, and while at our house he took the extra time to answer questions we had about our myplace system. Further to this, he installed sensors and antenna to assist our system to work more efficiently at a reasonable price, and will likely save us money in the long run. Highly recommend Dan and his great service!
