    Peter is a fantastic repair man from MyTeam, highly recommend him. Very professional, friendly and a hard worker. He went above and beyond to fix a system that hadn't worked for longer than 2-3 months straight, before breaking (the tablet, twice so far), being fixed/replaced and repeating the cycle for over a year. He even checked cables that were installed initially with the build, that no one had thought to check. They all needed replacing and he did so on the day, no worries or hassles. Thanks to Peter, the system has been working for 5 months and going. Very happy. The staff on the phone are all lovely, polite and helpful too. This review is solely for Peter and the customer service members I've dealt with. On a side note, tablet has stopped working twice. In middle of summer. Had a previous repairman come out week before or of Christmas, he was fantastic too, but I forget his name. Replaced tablet stopped working within 2-3 months with no power outages or storms. It can be frustrating, through no fault of the customer service members or repairman.

    Our new air conditioner stopped working after 3 days with error code displayed on the tablet. MyPlace contacted us to arrange for a tech to examine the system. The tech , Peter was on time & friendly. It didn’t take him long to find the tablet control device was faulty. He replaced it & setup the new one. It’s been working well ever since. Very happy with Peter and with MyPlace.

    My Team delivered what the installers didn't after an outlet had no airflow. Tech Mitch conducted a thorough inspection and systems run through fine tuning and making performance adjustments that made an instant improvement. He added a clock to the wall unit "sleep" display to force auto reconnect the wall unit to internet whenever Telstra decides to have a lunch break which previously made the mobile app and the "Summer Time" setting innoperative meaning the unit didn't turn on at all. Such a simple but valuable change no-one mentioned or showed at installation. Mitch was on time travelling 1.5hrs from the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast, can't get better than this.

    We cannot thank Mitch from Advantage Air enough for his kindness and caring attitude towards our recent predicament with our Airconditioning system that was not working during the cold winter months. We will be eternally grateful for Mitch’s ability to think outside the box to help us. It speaks volumes about Mitch and the Company Advantage Air. Mitch had an entirely different attitude and approach to solving the problem. Firstly, he bought a new cable in and ran it internally from the Air Conditioning unit in the roof out of the manhole to the My Place smart home tablet on the inside wall. This immediately got the air conditioning back up and running and we had much needed heating again, this test established that it was just the ends of the cable that had fused and stopped the system from working. Mitch then arranged to come back (which for him was at least a three-hour round trip) with the tools needed to attempt part two of his plan. He cut off the ends of the cable and connected new points. The system was then up and running again with the original cable concealed in the walls and roof as originally designed. We cannot thank Mitch enough for his attitude towards our predicament. And to our disbelief and eternal gratitude to Advantage Air there was no out of pocket expenses for us Advantage Air absorbed everything which is unbelievable in today’s world. Advantage Air and Mitch really know their stuff! And we sincerely thank them!
