The customer service was exceptional from the initial call we made to enquire, right up to the installation of Starlink. The lady who answered the call was incredibly efficient, friendly and professional. She promptly put me through to Greg, the local technician who arranged a consultation on sight within the hour. After the assessment and quote, Greg booked the installation and within 4 days Dan, a young technician, popped in to do the installation. Everything was done on schedule and communication throughout - from both Greg and Dan - was great. It was pleasant doing business with Jim's Antennas & Security Albany.
