10 years ago I enlisted Black Cat Security to install my monitored home alarm system. I was expecting a quality unit and I was very happy with their professionalism and my new alarm system. Engaged Black Cat Security to look into our home security needs and Damian was extremely thorough in coming out with a solution that does not impede the way we currently live. I never liked the old-fashioned (common) alarm solutions and was looking for something more advanced, intuitive and preventative in nature. Damien had exactly what I wanted. He was thorough, respectful, and patient in answering the dozens of questions I had in mind to ensure that i understood the proposal entirely. He also took the extra effort to come up with some out-of-the-box customised features that I wanted. In short, if you want to have a robust solution without spending extra $$ on unnecessary stuffs that you don’t need, Damian is the person to speak to as he is not a salesperson but a consultant who has a lot of experience in crime prevention. Timothy was efficient and did a great job in completing my installation within 2 days without leaving a mess. He also did not hesitate to help me make some last minute changes to the design that I felt was necessary. Not to forget, their after sales service was prompt as well and everything was attended to with just an email away.
