This is a great product for those who live in an apartment building. I got the remote control bollard and been using it for over a month now. Works perfectly. Organising purchase and install was seamless. Well worth the money to save myself the headaches of having my spot stolen. Joe installed it and gave an overview of the operation of the device. It's great being able to support a local family-run business like this one.

Purchased a remote-controlled bollard from this family-owned-and-operated business. Despite a hiccup in communication initially, whereby there was a delay in answering my requests for a call-back, this business came thru eventually, with my remote control bollard being successfully and professionally installed on the morning of a public holiday ( yes, this business is diligent ! ). A fundamental customer-service like on-time reliability is becoming rarer with many businesses these days, with appointment timings not being adhered to, and customers left fuming and waiting for the business to turn up - IF they even bother turning up - so I was definitely impressed by the business owner, Mr. Luppino's punctuality, when he turned up at the installation site on-time, as agreed. Overall, I was satisfied with the deal I got ( free additional rechargeable battery ), the product itself, and the reliable installation service provided. It's also nice when they assured me that the one-year warranty is still applicable, despite my paying a cash price ( good value deal! ). Will monitor my bollard ( which seems decent-quality ) and provide an update in future on its performance and reliability.

Organising a time to install was a breeze. Installer arrived on time and installed without fuss or problem. Very happy with the serivce and the bollard.

I purchased a manual pole bollard and could not be happier. This solved the problem of keeping my parking space available for me only. It is extremely easy to fold up and down and the price is very reasonable- and it is all done so fast! Worth every penny!
