They provided a prompt and transparent quote and were able to carry out the installation the following week when I requested it urgently. Their communication was excellent, and their expertise was clear from start to finish. These guys truly know their craft, and I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

I am so glad I called them and am thrilled with the service I received from the team. Within a day of calling Mildura CCTV & data, I had my original monitoring system (poorly set up by another company) reconfigured and setup to a more user friendly interface and a brand new camera installed. The guys were so helpful and friendly. Just lovely local fellas - highly recommend!!!

  Mildura cctv refused to give out the password to my system I had them install in my private residence. BUT NOW IM EDITING MY REVEIW AS THE PASSWORD HAS NOW BEEN GIVEN TO US AFTER MANY MONTHS OF ARGUING OVER IT WHICH HAS ALSO CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO REPLACE THE MAIN NVR APPROX $700 WITH THE 4TB HDD INSALLED BECAUSE ITS NOT ABLE TO TAKE MORE CAMERA,S WITHOUT THE PASSWORD AND NOW I CAN DO MAINTIENANCE ON THE CAMERA,S IM ADDING MYSELF. I STILL THINK AND THATS I THINK PEOPLE NEED TO BE CAREFUL. THEY CAUSED US A LOT OF STRESS. WE WAS TOLD BECAUSE I COMPAINED ABOUT UNFINISHED WORK AND PUT IN A 1 STAR REVEIW BEING VERY UPSET ABOUT IT AND DEVELOPING PTSD OVER THIS WHOLE THING THAT IM NOT GETTING ANY MAINTENANCE OR MY PASSWORD. AND TOLD NOT TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN SO THE WARRENTY MEANS NOTHING TOO ON MY PURCHASE AND I HAVENT ASKED AGAIN BUT HE DID FINALLY SEND IT MAYBE RELISING I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE PASSWORD. SO I CHANGED IT TO 4 STARS BUT I STILL HAVE THAT UNFINISHED WORK TO DO 1 PLUG END IN MY GARAGE. THE SYSTEM DOES WORK WELL AND IS GOOD QUALITY, BUT HE COULD HAVE MADE IT MUCH EASIER BY GIVING THE PASSWORD TO THE OWNER WITHOUT PLAYING GAMES. ITS BEEN NEAR A YEAR TILL I WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN THIS SYSTEM NOT HAVING IT GIVEN TO ME ON THE DAY I PAID IN FULL $4600.00 .. I MEAN ITS FAIR TO SAY I BOUGHT IT, I OWN IT, I WANT ONLY ME TO HAVE THE PASSWORD TO MY OWN SECURITY. I THOUGHT THAT BE FAIR TO SAY...OHH YEAH HE SAYS HE WANTS TO GET LEGAL ON ME FOR SAYING WHAT I THINK. BUT IF HE CHECKS THE SOLICITORS WONT TOUCH ANY CASE WHEN NO INSURANCE IS INVOLVED THERE,S TO MUCH RISK AND NO CHEDDAR. YOU CAN GET BLOOD OUT OF A STONE. I LITIGATE FOR A LIVING 25 YEARS NOW! I KNOW ALL ABOUT COMMON LAW AND THIS REVEIW STARTS WITH ME SAYING...I THINK..WELL THATS WHAT I THINK. I MAYBE WRONG. YES NO?😳 ITS NOT FACT ITS A PERSONS THOUGHTS PEOPLE TAKE REVEIWS FOR JUST THAT SOMEONE,S THOUGHTS ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE. NOW WE CAN FINALLY LIVE IN PEACE. NEAR A YEAR OF SPIT SPATT ITS PATHETIC. THIS IS ABOUT AS HONEST AS I CAN PUT IT. I JUST WANTED WHAT WE PAID. FOR! ......🦘ALL GOOD NOW!🦘
