Issac did a great job reconfiguring our alarm system and security cameras. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The whole setup was completed carefully and efficiently, with great attention to detail. He tested everything and explained how it all works before finishing. We’re very happy with the service and would gladly use him again and recommend him to others.

Isaac came out yesterday to help with our security system after I accidentally did a factory reset on the system that came with the house. I needed a professional to get it back up and running. I rang a few companies beforehand: • V Tech Security quoted $250–$300 • Aus Tech quoted $180, with an extra $150 if I didn’t have the system password • Budget Security (Isaac) quoted $200, right in the middle From the first call, Isaac stood out. He seemed to be the business owner, could make decisions quickly, and sounded confident and knowledgeable. With Aus Tech, I spoke to a receptionist who had to check with another colleague about timing and the issue, which felt less direct. Isaac arrived and solved the problem in about 20 minutes with no fuss. While I do think call-out fees across the industry are generally expensive, Budget Security offers great value for money. I also got the sense that if there had been additional issues with the cameras, Isaac would have just fixed them rather than charging extra. Overall, professional, efficient, and honest service. I’d definitely recommend Budget Security
