Professional, prompt and polite. These were my first impressions and the experience exceeded my expectations. We engaged BPoint to review and upgrade our intercom and security systems. Isaac provided great advice and he and Robbie installed a high quality system. They cleaned as they went and went to a lot of effort to ensure there were no cables in sight. Isaac treats every job as if it is his own house. You can trust his advise. Once complete Isaac gave a thorough handover, fully explaining how the system operates.
