We have been customers of Barwon Security since 2013 and have been entirely satisfied with their services from the outset. Every Barwon Security Technician who has been involved with our system has been highly competent, professional and personable. This family business is a Geelong treasure and if you are looking to have a security system install I highly recommend them. We began with a basic home alarm system. After a break-in to our separate garage, Barwon Security advised on, and installed an extension to our system. Some time later with home-break-ins increasing, we got on the front foot and installed cameras. Barwon Security advised on where they were best located and undertook the installation with great care and competence. Barwon Security's monitoring service is excellent. Staff there are pleasant and helpful including when we occasionally set off our own alarm by accident! It is clear that Barwon Security hires highly qualified staff for all roles in their business from technical to the helpful people who run the admin side of things. This review would be incomplete without mention of Sam, the very capable, personable and endlessly helpful boss. If you are looking to secure your property and gain peace of mind then you should give serious consideration to Barwon Security.

PHENOMENAL customer service! Anthony could not have been more helpful. He was so determined to help fix our alarm over the phone and was very patient and calm in a stressful situation! Anthony kept persisting with finding a solution and was calm under pressure which was a great comfort to us. I am so grateful to Anthony and Barwon Security for keeping our house safe and secure - it is the best peace of mind!

Excellent service from this company. From start to finish the customer service we received was of a very high standard. Sam initially came out, what a great guy, and provided us with a quote which was good value for money. During the camera system installation we found Zak to be efficient, courteous and extremely friendly. All processes were explained thoroughly by Zak, and he took the time to ensure we knew how to use the system properly. I highly recommend Barwon Security to anyone considering using them.
