He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to get all my TVs up and going, despite it not being a straight forward fix. If you're looking at Jim's or Mr Antenna, don't. Use Ernie.

He also helped us mount the TV up with the mount brackets and all I can say is we couldn’t be happier with the level of service that was provided and the price he offers.
