Excellent service , 4 camera package recently purchased very happy with the install from start to finish . Christian was very professional and competent and within a few hours we were up and running . Great quality hikvison hilook cameras and the included monitor was perfect . The app is real easy to use , and previewing recently recorded video is great ( i didn't realise we had a cat scaring the birds out of a tree at night) IR night vision is awesome ... money well spent . Thank's again Christian and the Team . A small note : like all new electrical products / phones / tv / Dvd's etc they do take a little time setting up so to any new purchasers of this product learn the system look at all the app settings as the initial install and setup these guys do does get it all working but like anything play around with the settings like the app intelligent detect / system area setup, IR night lights and quality settings as i found i went through everything done a bit of googling on the hikvision site and have my system finessed perfectly for the platform i purchased , i could easily see ANY cctv system being frustrating with basic overview in learning a new system otherwise you would be calling for help on the most minor problems regularly , if you have absolutely no interest in learning your system you will struggle to use it.

Extremely professional service, very customer oriented! My fridge was out of warranty but on inspection by the technician, he deemed it a manufacturer fault. He advised me to contact the manufacturer and then Camtek technician returned to complete the job under warranty. Thank you for your honesty and help Camtek team. Much appreciated.

I spent $2600 having four security cameras installed externally to the house with the ability to monitor the cameras on a screen in my office AND equally important monitoring by the DMZ app on my phone in real time when I am away from home. The installer was quick and professional although his use of pvc conduit inside my office was a bit ordinary. Nevertheless I was delighted with the result. I have had some minor issues with viewing on my phone - possibly due to power outages, no fault of Camtek - but Camtek have been excellent in getting me back online with cameras again. I can highly recommend Camtek for commercial and domestic surveillance of a very high standard.
