I initially contacted 2 companies to provide advice, assistance and a quote to install a security system in my house. By sheer accident I was driving to a destination and a fully signed Ute plus trailer pulled up beside me . I asked my passenger to take a photo of the contact details of Keepsafe Security . I rang Justin even though I fully expected that the guys I had contacted a week earlier would soon respond…after all a week is a long time before even getting an acknowledgement. Within 2 days Justin had visited my house , advised me of my options and sent me a quote . He is seriously busy so I appreciated it that he got back to me so quickly . Importantly he seemed very genuine and professional. So , without comparing quotes I just decided to give Justin the job . I cancelled one subsequent appointment which was scheduled 1 week after Justin had already provided me with everything I needed. So installation was scheduled , Justin arrived, did what he had to do , cleaned up after himself and didnt even stop for smoko or lunch as he had another appointment later that afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for better . Great to see an individual do so well in his own business …..compared to the service I had from his competitors , he is streets ahead . Highly recommended .
