There was an issue with the camera light, but they were able to promptly resolve it without charging us extra! The process was smooth and reassuring, and I was very happy with the service provided.

He followed up with various quotes as promised, and installed our system most efficiently, leaving no mess and operating well. We asked for another type of camera for one area, where vegetation was dense, and Chris arranged a dual camera and installed it as well as checking the whole system was working. He also provided a summary of the operating manual for the app, which has allowed us to become familiar with the features of the system. I cannot recommend Chris and Defensor highly enough.
