  From first contact with Adam and Nick, we knew we're in capable hands. These guy's know their stuff and are happy to answer any questions you might have. Nick turned up on time for our installation, and the handover was very informative. We are very happy with our system, and the 6mp cameras are 4k and very clear. The Hik Connect App works a treat from our mobiles. Would certainly recommend them to any of our family or friends.

They were here when they said they would be & did what they said they would do. Nick explained the system to me as well as I could understand as it’s a lot learning something new for me. Their after sales service is fantastic, they have come back out to assist with an issue & been very prompt. I would definitely recommend AU Security & Communications for all your home security needs.

  Had AU security install our CCTV last year, after a recent NBN upgrade our cameras had to be reset and reconfigured to the new IT equipment, within 1 visit to their premises and a discussion around our needs I had 2 techs on site in 15 mins and another on the phone discussing remotely. Amazing local business with 5 star customer service. If you are looking for a business who will continue to support after the job is done this is the one. Highly recommended if you need any CCTV or other security devises installed.

  Russell and the team were great helping me out install cameras that I had bought that most companies refused to help out with because it wasn't their product however Russell was willing to help. Jason and co were great with the install, friendly and cleaned up after the install. The price - fitting and professionalism - to be commended. I recommend and will use AU Security & Communications for further projects.

  After being treated very poorly by another security people feeling that I’ve been basically thrown in the rubbish tip. I called AU Security and spoke to a lady named Mandy who has the best Customer service skills empathy ability, and is a really nice understanding lady. If you’ve got a problem she can fix it This lady was able to reassure me that their technicians will be grateful to fix my problem and they did the system was installed by a Guru of technical experiences his customer service skills were brilliant so well that I felt I’ve known this person for ages and that he was here to Help the whole experience with AU Security or something I’d be glad to share with any person at any time. The prices were brilliant and very Easy to manage Absolute brilliant family company.
