I recently had a fantastic experience with this company. Lucas, the technician, went above and beyond the expected level of service. He expertly troubleshot the issues we were having and was able to set up access to programs that had previously been inaccessible. His professionalism, skill, and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend this company and Lucas for anyone needing reliable and exceptional support.

These guys are amazing! Can't recommend highly enough. We were in the middle of a blackout and after over 24hrs our security system wouldn't stop beeping. I called up and although they were very very busy I was offered a walk through of how to shut down my back up battery. I found the person I spoke with very compassionate and tolerant, as he tried to talk me through the process while I sent photos of what I had in front of me (he had never seen my vintage system before). I had my 3 and 4 year old in the background also trying to get involved, while I had half climbed in under the shelf of a cupboard to access the panel. I am very pleased with the customer service I received today, taking the time to help me out when they were genuinely busy on the road. Thanks again, we will be in touch when we're ready for an upgrade!

I got 3 quotes from highly rated CCTV installers across Newcastle, looking for a home CCTV system that met our needs. Lucas' offering was by far the best put together, logical and well thought out. He provided examples and screenshots of different brands/options that met our requirements and suggested things like a secure rack enclosure for the system that made things tidy and professional. He was punctual, polite, and accommodated last minute changes and requests on the spot without complaint. He also cleaned up, and worked around our schedule to make the install happen. Communication was great, offering pressure free advice and guidance in a respectful and informative manner. Should I require cabling or security system work in the future I know who to call. Highly recommend.
