I highly recommend Sam and Mascotte Solutions - they deliver an amazing service. I found Sam to be extremely professional, trustworthy and customer-focused when designing and installing an indoor and outdoor security camera system for my elderly Mum's home. Sam is an excellent communicator, proactive and he was very transparent when quoting for the security equipment. Sam gave me a thorough lesson on how to use the security system afterwards - he took the time that I needed to understand the different functions and he taught the functions in a logical and easy-to-understand sequence. Sam's customer care extends beyond the installation and he genuinely wants to help his clients get the most from their new set up. Sam has always responded promptly to my questions and his integrity is refreshing. I cannot rate Sam and his team highly enough.
