    This guy is one of the best! We were having issues with our Bosch alarm today and Bosch couldn’t really assist except disconnecting the battery from the wires however the alarm system remained on and the keypad flashing. Out of my desperation i called this guy i didn’t even get his name, and straight away he said to turn my camera on and he’ll tell me what to pull out from that box and it worked. He could have easily charged me for it but he didn’t. What a great guy! God bless you. Thank you
