Tony was very honest and did his absolute best to talk me through fixing my vacuum system, he could easily have said "I need to see it........" and charge a fee,so thank you so much, I appreciate that sort of honesty in a world where there are so many sharks.

We just had a 35 year old ducted vacuum unit replaced with a new Valet vacuum power unit. Both Robyn and Tony were fantastic to deal with. From my initial inquiries to the instillation, Valet Canberra provided expert advice with clear and timely communication every step of the way. Tony and Robyn were amazing! After being disappointed with what the builder had supplied in our home, Robyn was happy to assist us in doing an upgrade. Their whole philosophy was to make sure their clients are happy and to assist in any way possible. The service was fast, efficient and very professional.
