Mitchell and his highly qualified team replaced the tin roof on our 1920's character home. Mitch's price was the most competitive, met with being super reliable, responsive and offering a high quality service that we couldn't be more happy with. The exisiting roof was in terrible condition, being 100 years old; it was extremely rusted with lots of leaks, rotten wood and a difficult structure to work with. Mitch and his guys were all delightful to deal with and as you can imagine came across quite a few problems with the roof being so old but Mitch was always quick to come up with a solution and solve the problem quickly to ensure a high standard result. Apart from being great at his trade, Mitch is just a genuinely nice guy! Thank you Austin Roofing! Sascha

Mitch and his team had worked in team to complete the replacement of all the gutters of my second storey house within very tight time-frame. The service cost is very reasonable (not the cheapest) when compared with the quotations from other three companies. The craftsmanship of the work is impressive. Mitch did additional repair works of my of the roof cappings, thank you very much. It is also very reassuring to me that Austin roofing responded swiftly to customer's after-service queries. Great company to work with! We would definitely come back for another roof work in future.

Very satisfied by the attitude and the professionalism demonstrated by Mitchell in completing the gutters and down-pipes replacement job I needed. I had very quick response followed by visit on site by Mitchell for taking measurements for providing a quote. Once the job was arranged the Mitch x 2 team was super efficient in completing the whole house gutters+down-pipes replacement in very clean and quality manner in only one day. Mitchell was punctual, professional, had excellent communication skills from quote to finish, and best of all, problem-solved our gutter issues when several other people had tried and failed. Our problem was ongoing issues with backflow into our eaves and overflow causing the patio to leak. I really appreciated the texts to let us know that the team was '15 min away'. We highly recommend Mitchell and his team and will be using them again for any future roofing needs.
