Highly recommend Michael and the team at Shamrock roof services. I got them to repair our roof at work. They had hell with the council and still were really polite through it and kept us fully informed as it was going on. They also did a few extra jobs like add insulation, block the chimney and help to repair a box gutter. The insulation actually made a crazy difference and they used really good quality stuff without me asking. They were polite through the job and cleaned up after themselves and very reasonably priced. They also sent me photos of the finished job so I knew what was going on and what was done. I was so impressed I even got them to do more roof work for me at home. Highly recommended

I am not one who normally writes a review but believe that credit should be given where due. Shamrock roofing services recently did whatever necessary work on my roof to bring it up to standard and replaced all the slates on the roof. They weren't the first or the last that I contacted to have the roof redone. Michael, the frontman for the company came, had a look at the roof and gave a quote. He took the time to answer my questions promptly and even when he knew that I might go with another company, he still continued to answer any questions that were emailed to him. Although, they were not the cheapest, I am very glad that I had chosen them to do the work. Their quote was very detailed in the work they would do. They arrived when they said they would and finished within the time frame specified and did a wonderful job on the roof which has received quite a few compliments. Michael and his crew went above and beyond what was quoted to provide not only excellent craftsmanship but to ensure that the the job was done to the highest standard. They made sure that the area and surrounds were cleaned up after they were done each day. In these days were it is difficult to find a tradesman who would even bother to return your call, I found my dealings with Michael and Shamrock to be very pleasant and honest and liked very much that he communicated to me during the whole process. It took a lot of stress and worry away about my decision not only to choose them but to wonder if they would do a good job. I consider the way they handle things a mark of excellent customer service and a model for any company who would like to emulate this. Their professionalism and dedication to their work speaks for themselves in the finished product, in the way I was treated and my satisfaction at the job well done. I would recommend Shamrock roofing services in a heartbeat to anyone who would expect a high standard of service, workmanship and professionalism.

Michael was very professional and prompt. We had many quotes for thousands of dollars extra but Michael examined our roof and was honest with what repairs were required. The team were friendly and all in all good blokes. I have no problem recommending Shamrock roof services for any task

The Shamrock team cleaned my roof including terracotta tiles, colorbond decking and solar panels - removing dirt, lichen and moss. They did a fantastic job under Michael's expert leadership - always taking great care and using safe practices at all times. The team were fantastic onsite, not only doing a great job, but we're a delight to have at our home for the three days involved. The pressure cleaning process can be quite messy, but they cleaned up to perfection and we were very happy with the end result. A great service and we highly recommend the service. Thankyou.
