  The communication, quality and pride in their work is next level. Daniel (a roof plumber) came out to quote. No upselling. A comprehensive and itemised quote arrives with nearly 20 photos. Daniel follows-up with any questions. Steve takes over project managing, keeping me up to date. Aiden, Steve, Jordan and Malcolm all worked flat out. All polite and respectful. They even offered to remove an old optus dish. My neighbour – an experienced DIYer- was equally impressed by the level of roof preparation before the spraying on day 4. Steve then returned after unexpected overnight showers just to check that the final coat was in tact. Thankyou Daniel and the team!

  Daniel and the team at Roof Guard were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Daniel took great care to ensure I understood every aspect of the quotation before proceeding. He was prompt to respond to emails and when I was needing advice or clarification he was generous with his time over the phone. His work on the transition flashing from my tiled roof to my flat roof was done with great care and precision, and you can tell he and his team pride themselves on quality workmanship and excellent customer care. He employs all his workers, and this makes such a difference because he has full control over the quality of the job. Steve and Aiden and the rest of the team were genuinely nice guys, and their dedication whilst onsite as well as their attention to the small details made me extremely confident my roof was in good hands. The full re-bedding of all my ridge caps, valley replacement, the pressure washing, the pointing and painting all went smoothly and they left the site nice and clean. I am extremely happy with the result and have no hesitation in highly recommending Roof Guard and the team for any roofing job. Thanks Daniel, Steve, Aiden and the team.
