Shannon, Tamara & the guys at CMR are a great team to have work on our home. Our roof was in sad & sorry state, leaking roof, rusted gutters & lifting tin. Now it looks a million bucks, we don't have to worry about rain or windy weather. The quality is second to none. I would highly recommend CMR to anyone wanting to replace their old roof. We have an older home, and aside from a new roof we needed to address some existing issues; a drainage and leaking problem from previous additions. Shannon worked to solve these issues, putting us at ease and making our home watertight. Tamara was so lovely to deal with, being more than happy to discuss our colour choices, and going above and beyond to ensure we were going to be happy with the final outcome. The job was quick, with good communication, and the site was left clean and tidy. What we really appreciated though, was the time and patience they both extended to us, their attention to detail, the professional, and friendly approach they took, and the manner in how they conducted their business. From the very first contact Tamara answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I liked how Shannon came out and measured the roof and took the time to explain the process not like other companies that use Google earth to quote the job . I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done and what a beautiful job they did and there attention to detail outstanding everywhere you look there are straight line's. What a great team, Tamara and Shannon kept us updated and were on time every time they promised. Good old fashioned customer service at its best. The comradery and friendly banter between the team of guys on site was fun to listen to. What a respectful and efficient team you guys have, nothing was an issue (sorry guys for asking you move the old sheets around twice, and with a smile on your face you were doing it), the emu parade of guys at the end of the job picking up old nails and bits and pieces was a pleasure to see. You don’t see this with a lot of tradies and it is a credit to you for running a great business. In these times with shortages of trades it was great to work with a team who kept their promises were professional and kept to the timeline they set, would highly recommend these guys.
