Tony Gillman's Roof Tiling Service

We cannot rate Tony Gilman Roof Tiling highly enough. We contacted several firms to quote on ridge capping repairs. Craig was the only one who rang me and arranged to come and quote within a couple of days. It was a huge job and Craig’s quote was very reasonable. From start to finish, Craig kept us informed. The finished product looks amazing . I have no hesitation in highly recommending Tony Gilman Roof Tiling.

I was referred to Craig from Tony Gillman’s Roof Tiling and I’m so grateful I was. Despite being busy either other matters and my short notice request, he made time to inspect my property to help identify the cause of a leak in my kitchen. What really stood out was Craig’s honesty and integrity. Unlike many trades I’ve dealt with, he was upfront, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. I asked what the callout fee was, but he refused—explaining that it’s part of his business model to provide value and not charge unnecessarily. After a thorough inspection (including photos), he found the issue wasn’t with the roof but with the evaporative cooling system—something outside his scope. This still cost him time and effort, but he didn’t ask for a fee and rejected my offer to pay one. It’s rare to come across someone who operates with this level of generosity, professionalism, ethics, and genuine care. Craig, thank you—you’re a legend. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and will gladly support your business however I can in future.

I can’t recommend Craig enough. He was incredibly honest, communicated everything clearly, and never once tried to upsell or push unnecessary work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the right thing by his clients. He’ll definitely be our number one choice next time we need any tiling repairs.

We recently had heavy foot traffic on our roof due to the replacement of an evaporative system, and afterwards we were concerned about potential damage to the tiles and other areas. After reading several positive reviews, we contacted Craig from Tony Gillmans Roofing. From the outset, he came across as genuine, and we immediately felt a sense of trust and confidence in his approach. During his inspection, Craig identified a few issues that could have caused problems in the near future, as well as early signs of leaks. He provided detailed photos and took the time to explain everything clearly. Now that the repairs have been completed, we’re happy with the results and would highly recommend Tony Gillmans Roofing Service for their professionalism and sincere, customer-focused service.

I need roof repairs, having rain damage to my ceiling. I had looked into roof restorations, but after chatting with Craig it seemed roof repairs were a better option. He quickly assessed the situation, despite it being in Christmas week, took photos of the damage to show me, thoroughly explained the process. Finished the work efficiently, showed photos of the completed work. All done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend.
